Six Years Riding *legally* Anniversary!

Six Years Riding *legally* Anniversary!

Riding legally since you were crying during Toy Story 3 and the newest addition to the family.

It's been six fast years since I got my motorcycle license and not a day has gone by without me dreaming of riding into the sunset and never looking back. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. I live in a forest by Lake Tahoe and get to dance on stage in San Francisco whenever I like; but I've got the bug and I can't shake it. Most of you know what I'm talking about because most of you have it too; no matter how great your life is, you're always itching to get out on the road.

So, I finally was able to purchase my own bike. He's name is Romeo and he's a 1982 Suzuki GS650GL. He's no world traveler but he handles the curves around the mountains like a trooper. But it feels like every day that passes in every year since I got my license, that itch for round-the-world travel via bike is getting more and more intense. When am I going to go? Where am I going to get the money? The more I think about the money the more frustrated I get. I don't know when I'm going to go or how I'm going to pay for it, but I do know that it's going to happen someday. It might not be next year, but everyday I make the step in that direction.

So here's to another year of riding free and struggling the dream; if there's anything I've learned it's that any day on a bike is another day being truly alive.
